On 7 and 8 August 2024 , senior students from Classes X, XI, and XII led the third peer mentoring sessions for Classes VI to VIII, focusing on stress management. These sessions were designed to help younger students identify and manage stress, a common yet often misunderstood challenge. Peer mentors used interactive presentations to explain the physical and emotional symptoms of stress, emphasizing that while stress is a natural response, chronic stress can harm overall health. They also highlighted the positive aspects of stress and offered practical strategies for managing it, both in the short and long term.
