Leishna Keisam  of Class II of Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, participated in the Mental Math World Cup 2025 Grand Finale and achieved Rank 1 in the Challenger Category.

Empowered Voices for a Safer Cyberspace

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC)  and Indian Computer Emergency Research Team (CERT.in) organised Cyber Hygiene Model United Nations 2025. Supported by  the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity), it is the first national level MUN  dedicated to cyber safety, digital citizenship and responsible online behaviour. Our two students – Medhansh Mathur of Class X and Akshay Patil of Class IX  participated at the state level round. We  are proud to announce that our team won the Best School Delegation Award Medhansh Mathur also won the Best Speaker Award. Medhansh Mathur clinched Best Dressed Award too. Their mentor – Ms Seema Mongia was also awarded the certificate for guiding these students for the same.

CigCreate Ltd. wins Best Startup (Innovation) at the Purple Umbrella Festival 2025!

At the Purple Umbrella Festival 2025, a vibrant platform for youth expression and climate action, our student run venture CigCreate Ltd., led by Sonakshi Singh, Syna Girdhar, Tishya Chandok and Vrinda Arora under the mentorship of Manpreet Ma’am, won the Best Startup Award in the Innovation category among 20 participating startups at Bharat Mandapam on 9 November.

From Bonjour to Brilliance

Prayatna Educational Society, in partnership with Alliance Française de Normandy, France, conducted the French Word Power 2025-26. It is with great pleasure that we announce the top achievers of the State Level Exam. Kabir Bhatia (Class VI) secured the First Position, Dhir Vikram Aggarwal (Class VI) stood Second, and Angad Singh (Class VI) secured the Third Position. Additionally, Advait Parbhat (Class VII) and Keerat Padam (Class VIII) were recognized as Best Performers.

Soaring Beyond Limits at the Space Olympiad

The National Space Science Olympiad 2025 felicitated its top 3 national rank holders and top state rank holders in a special ceremony held in Nehru planetarium, New Delhi on 25th October 2025. Dhir Vikram Aggarwal from Class VI  emerged as a national rank holder in category B and was awarded a trophy and certificate by the Chief Guest at the ceremony.

Arshiya Rajput Wins Jury Choice Award

To mark a proud moment, the school celebrated the achievement of Arshiya Rajput of Class VIII. She wrote a compelling story on the Bhopal Gas Tragedy, exploring how NGOs chose to spread awareness through articles rather than ensuring justice for the victims. Through the characters Neha, Ayaan and Anamika, her story highlighted the urgent need for compassion and fairness in times of crisis. Her thought-provoking narrative received the Jury Choice Award at the Summer Book Writing Festival by Bribooks on 15 July 2025.

Theatre with Impact

At Swatantra Manch: Desh Ke Naam, held at the Prime Minister’s Museum, our 15-member team from Classes VIII–XII staged a powerful play on Shaheed Bhagat Singh, securing the second position among ten shortlisted schools.

Excellence in Environmental Awareness

Jasmyra Arora of class  has been recognized at the national level in the Environment Day Competition organized by the WISE Foundation.Her creative and thought-provoking poster on the theme ‘Water Footprint’ earned her a spot among the top three winners across the country. Jasmyra was awarded a certificate of excellence and a book for her outstanding contribution.

Representing India at the International Computer Olympiad!

At the National Level of the International Computer Olympiad 2025, three of our Class X students AR Nadal, Medhnash Mathur and Reyansh Chhaunkar proudly represented the school, showcasing their expertise in data and predictive analysis. Following their impressive performance, they have qualified to represent India at the international stage, where they will compete with young innovators from across the globe.

The prestigious Vidyakiran Appreciation Award, hosted by the Garg Foundation, recognises and encourages exceptional all-round achievements of girls. Three of our students—Tishya Chandok (Class XII), Parthivi Bhatia (Class XI) and Saanvi Dey (Class IX) were honoured with this award for their exemplary performance in academics, co-curricular activities and leadership.

Aadya Maheshwari and Kritka Shammi Selected for Prestigious SRCC Finance Research Fellowship

In a remarkable academic achievement, Aadya Maheshwari and Kritka Shammi have been selected for the highly coveted Finance Research Fellowship conducted by the Finance and Investment Cell of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi); one of India’s premier institutions in the field of commerce and economics. The selection process for this prestigious fellowship was rigorous and competitive, beginning with a comprehensive application form that tested candidates on their financial aptitude, awareness of economic affairs, analytical thinking, and clarity of expression. Aadya and Kritka successfully cleared this demanding first round, showcasing not only their passion for finance but also their depth of knowledge and originality of thought. Following the written application, the duo advanced to a challenging personal interview round where they impressed the panel with their articulation, critical reasoning, and nuanced understanding of financial and economic concepts. After excelling in both rounds, they were officially inducted into the fellowship; an elite program that brings together some of the brightest young minds in the country. The SRCC Finance Research Fellowship is a distinguished initiative aimed at imparting deep insights into the world of finance, economics, public policy, and global investments. It is designed to equip young scholars with the tools needed to analyze real-world economic scenarios and develop research-oriented thinking. Through expert-led sessions, collaborative projects, and mentorship from industry professionals and academicians, the fellowship promises to be a transformative journey. The recent orientation session marked the beginning of this exciting chapter. Aadya and Kritka have embarked on an intellectually stimulating journey, one that will not only enhance their financial literacy but also position them as future leaders in the fields of finance and economics.

Hridyaansh was felicitated by esteemed French dignitaries at Institut Français India and awarded a cash prize of ₹5,000, a silver medal, and a certificate of merit for his remarkable performance.

Aditi Ranjan of Class VIII has achieved a phenomenal All-India Rank 1 in the Unified International English Olympiad (UIEO). Scoring 45 out of 50, Aditi has been awarded a cash prize of ₹10,000, a gift worth ₹1,998, and a gold medal for her outstanding performance.

When Heritage Meets Art

Faith R Chongthu of Class IX A participated in a poster making competition “Celebrating India” organised by INTACH. She was declared a national level winner for her work depicting the Cheraw dance of Mizoram.She was among the top 11 winners across the country.

From Grade VIII to Great Heights: Who says big ideas need a big age?

Aditi Ranjan of Class VIII participated in the Eco Creativity and Innovation Hackathon organized by the Ministry of Environment and Lifestyle for Environment. The event was open to participants from all grades, up to the postgraduate level. Aditi’s innovative idea on water conservation earned her national recognition, placing her 14th among the top 100 selected ideas across the country. She has been awarded a certificate for her commendable contribution.

TIS,VV shines at Fifth edition of Crescendo 2025

Fifth edition of Crescendo 2025 – Lilavatibai Podar High School Mumbai’s commerce fest was held on 12th April, 2025 via the Google Meet.

Crescendo offered hands-on experiences and competitive events through which the students gained valuable insights, practical skills, and industry exposure that prepared them for the ever-evolving world of commerce. 102 schools participated from all over India. Our team of Vrinda Arora and Advit Saxena secured first position with their impressive video advertising in Advision. Another team of Sonakshi Singh and Syna Girdhar excelled in Magnetic Mind by giving out of the box business idea. They too secured first position. Overall, the school secured Second Position in Crescendo Senior.
