The school organised a session ‘Building Awareness – Teacher Training on Adolescent Guidance’ on 29 September 2025. It was conducted by Pratisandhi Foundation for the teachers. The workshop focused on building sensitivity and understanding around gender, identity, and adolescent development. Teachers explored the influence of gender norms in classrooms, ways to identify unconscious biases, and methods to promote positive and inclusive behaviour. The session also emphasised calm and appropriate responses to concerning situations while adhering to guidelines under the POCSO Act. The interactive session was appreciated for its relevance and practical approach.
