A Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on Happy Classrooms was conducted on 2 November 2025. CBSE Resource Person, Ms. Neha Dhyani, from our school, took the session at Bal Bharati Public School, Ganga Ram Hospital Marg, Delhi. The workshop focused on creating positive, emotionally supportive, and engaging learning environments that promote student well-being and holistic development. This initiative from the school reflects its strong culture of internal expertise, where educators are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience, helping them grow professionally while enriching others around them. The session inspired teachers to adopt empathy and emotional intelligence in classrooms.
