On 15 May 2025, the junior Inter-House Competition Extempore put participants’ quick thinking and speaking skills to the test. With just one minute to prepare and two minutes to speak, participants delivered compelling and spontaneous speeches on a variety of topics. From descriptive scenarios to sharp arguments, each speaker showcased confidence, clarity, and quick thinking. The competition celebrated the power of speech and the art of expressing ideas under pressure. As the event concluded, it was clear that Extempore showcased not only the participants’ ability to think fast but the courage to speak up.
