Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar hosted its biennial production ‘Once Upon a Lamp’ on 05 and 06 December 2025, marking two distinguished evenings of cultural excellence and community celebration. The school had the honour of welcoming H.E. Mr. Xu Feihong, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to India, on Day 1, and Ms. Veditha Reddy, IAS, Director (Education & Sports), Delhi, on Day 2.
Both guests highlighted the school motto, ‘I am worthy’, by emphasizing self-belief and participation over winning.
Both guests were felicitated with a ceremonial sapling before participating in the lamp-lighting tradition. The event featured the presentation of the biennial school report, followed by the theatrical production directed by Mr. Stephen Marazzi, which captivated the audience with its compelling narrative and powerful performances.
