The Rotary Club conducted an insightful workshop titled Mind Over Matter – Managing Stress and Staying Focused in a Noisy World for students of Class VIII at Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar. The session helped learners understand stress, recognise triggers, and explore practical ways to improve concentration and emotional balance. The resource person explained techniques such as mindfulness, journaling, grounding practices, and controlled breathing. Students participated in an interactive “Focus Challenge” that demonstrated how distractions influence attention. The workshop concluded with reflective feedback, reinforcing the message: Your mind is your strongest tool—train it, don’t tame it.
