Class VII students participated in an exciting workshop on forces and motion on 30 April 2025, led by Abhinav Singhal. The activity challenged students to design and build their own marble roller coasters using 12 sheets of paper and masking tape.
Students learned about the concept of force, its effects on objects, and how to apply it in real-world scenarios. With 1.5 hours to create and test their models, students had to think creatively and work efficiently without the aid of scales or protractors.
The project taught students valuable lessons on taking approximations and measurements, embracing imperfection, and the importance of problem-solving skills.
