Kusudama : Indo-Japan Friendship Workshop

To help our students become better informed and more aware of the world around us, an Indo-Japan Friendship Origami Workshop was organised which focused on  Kusudama which means  “medicinal ball”. Kusudama origami are usually intended to resemble flowers but can also be formed into other objects that retain an overall ball-like structure.

Held  on  24 September 2022, students and parents of Class IV were a part of this joyful and collaborative activity where they learnt to create something together. This not only gave them an opportunity to work as a team but also enhanced the children’s spatial perception, logical and sequential thinking. It was a unique and wonderful experience for both students and the parents!
