An enriching and joyful workshop was spear headed by Dr. Roma Kumar, a renowned Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. She enlightened the audience with basic parenting responsibilities and understanding the behavioural characteristics of young children. She stated the advantages of setting boundaries and the importance of promoting independence in children by giving personal life examples. There was also an interaction session wherein parents very enthusiastically participated and shared their views and opinions. She guided the parents by highlighting various methods that can be incorporated in the journey of parenting for the holistic development of their children. Overall, it was an extremely insightful and engaging session.
