The Indian Constitution is the world’s longest written constitution and provides an excellent framework for governing the world’s largest democracy. As we celebrate this remarkable document for social, political and economic development which has informed almost every aspect of Indian life, it is important to create awareness amongst our future citizens about the Constitution and its special features, particularly Fundamental Duties, as enshrined in the Constitution.
An important part of the celebrations was the reading of the Preamble and reaffirming our commitment to uphold it. The quest for knowledge, like everything else of value, is not to be obtained easily. To encourage the students to widen their knowledge on our “Constitution”, the school organized a Quiz Competition across Classes VI to IX on 24 November 2023. Innovative activities had been planned to reiterate the values and principles enshrined in the Constitution.
